Anthony Vega

















Anthony Vega is a visual artist and musician in the Philadelphia area. Relocating from the rural town of Green Creek, New Jersey he has begun to
pursue his artistic career. He attended Saint Joseph’s University and studied fine art, music and philosophy. Since, he has exhibited his work in galleries and other venues in and around Philadelphia in addition to working with The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Mural Arts Program. Anthony has also performed over the past 10 years as a percussionist in multiple venues in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and New York. Anthony’s Current work explores the impact of influx of information on contemporary visual culture and the empirical universality this information creates.
