Genie Huskins

When I was young(er) I wanted to be a plant psychologist, until I found out that they don’t actually study and treat plant behavior, they help people who work in industry. So, now I’m interested in nonverbal communication, from gestures of the body to communication on a cellular or atomic level, and how these common- yet- amazing actions transfer visually in different mediums. When the transfer of information is successful, the result is transformation and regeneration. I tend to anthropomorphize my materials, and while paper and I are on good terms, clay understands me most affectionately.
